Fallen Unicorns

As the market accelerates, the industry is brutally splitting in two.

The “Fallen Unicorns”

Look at fallen giants like Tritium or Arrival. They had the best EV and EV charging technologies for years, yet they collapsed. They tackled hyper-growth using the same decision-making process that got them off the ground.

They fell into the Project-Trap (custom engineering for every major account) and the Headcount-Trap (throwing armies of operations staff to solve platform reliability issues). They suffocated under their own complexity.

The Predators

Predators don’t win through better hardware. They win through an entirely different Operating System:
